NHI provides a complete detailed inventory of the contents, personal belongings, and valuables of your home/business as selected by you. 

You choose to have the outside of your home/business building including patio furniture, swimming pool, pool house, pool equipment, garden tools, garden shed, outdoor sports equipment, etc., videoed by a digital video camera or a VHS camcorder camera.

A state of the art digital still camera is used to photograph items specified by you. These include TVs, computers, electronic equipment, appliances, jewellery, coin/stamp collections, art pieces, antiques, furs, linens, china, tools fitness equipment, your car and more.

You are strongly advised to have important valuables (jewellery, paintings, antiques, collections) appraised by a licensed appraiser.   

  3.  Written Inventory  

A survey of your premises is conducted with you to list the items that you choose to be written in paper format. These items are catalogued by room and/or category. Included with each item is a description, cost when purchased, and more.
