CONFIDENTIALITY

It is the policy of Niagara Home Inventory Inc. (NHI) to respect the privacy of clients and to keep in strict confidence all information regarding property contents, assets and personal data.

- NHI agrees that, except as directed by the Client, it will not at any time disclose any confidential information of the Client's assets, property or personal data; at no time sell, share, or release any documented information to any person whatsoever.
- NHI must retain a copy of the signed Contract and Invoice.
- NHI will, upon completion of the Contract and with full payment, provide the client with the Inventory Report.
- NHI will erase all inventory recorded on the computer, cameras, and written form pertaining to the Client.
- It is the Client's sole responsibility to store said documents in a safety deposit box or in a safe location off the premises.
- NHI will not be responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged inventory tapes, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, or written documents once they are in the possession of the Client.
